European Road Profile Users' Group 2022

The ninth conference of the European Road Profile Users' Group (ERPUG) will take place at Macdonald Holyrood Hotel in Edinburgh, Scotland, from October 12-14, 2022.

Registration Fees
The early bird for attendees is €400 until September 15. After that, it will be €500. Registration closes on October 10th.

The exhibitors' registration fee is €1,500. Exhibitor Registration includes two participants.

Sponsorship
ERPUG is seeking sponsors for the 2022 conference at three different levels: Bronze, Silver, or Gold. If you become a sponsor at a certain level you are entitled to a presentation slot. Exhibitors' information

Hotels

Book your room at specialevents.holyrood@macdonald-hotels.co.uk and mention ERPUG 2022 to get a discount. The discounted price is 119 £ for a maximum of 60 rooms. The deal is just for the two conference nights (Wednesday and Thursday). Before and after, you have to pay the normal price of 168 £ a night.

The traditional icebreaker together with the exhibitors where all participants are invited, free of charge, will be held at the conference hotel.

ERPUG 2022 follows the local restrictions and recommendations from the Public Health of Scotland to make the conference as safe and enjoyable as possible.
